The Institute for Development of Civil Society – Innovate (IDCSI), as a partner in the AGREE! – Action for Girls’ Rights to Equality and Empowerment project, invites civil society organizations to apply for the Call for Small Grants, aimed at supporting local initiatives that promote gender equality, empower girls, and prevent peer gender-based violence.
This financial support scheme is part of a regional project funded by the European Union under the IPA III Programme. Its objective is to strengthen the capacities of civil society organizations for advocacy, networking, and the implementation of activities that contribute to gender equality, inclusion, and social cohesion.
Who Can Apply?
The following are eligible to apply:
- Legally registered civil society organizations;
- Informal groups led by a legally registered civil society organization;
- Informal consortia of civil society organizations, educational institutions, and other relevant entities led by a legally registered civil society organization.
Applicants must have been legally registered for at least two years and must have successfully completed the AGREE training programme covering gender equality, anti-discrimination, social and financial education, peer education, and CSO capacity building.
What Will Be Funded?
Financial support is available for:
- One-off activities or events (up to EUR 5,000);
- Projects or initiatives with a duration of up to 6 months (up to EUR 10,000).
Co-financing is not required.
Eligible activities may include:
- Advocacy campaigns promoting gender equality and the prevention of peer gender-based violence;
- Local projects and initiatives;
- Research and analytical activities;
- Activities promoting intercultural dialogue;
- Empowerment of young people and parents’ groups through peer education and networking.
Application Deadline
The deadline for submitting applications is 18 September 2026 at 23:59 (local time).

Questions regarding the Call may be submitted no later than 10 August 2026, while responses will be provided by 14 August 2026.
