CYBER Change – Competent Youth Builders: Entrepreneurship, Resilience and Digital Skills for Change is a 24-month Erasmus+ Capacity Building in the Field of Youth project bringing together experienced youth organizations from Romania, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Kosovo*.

The project aims to empower young people, particularly those with fewer opportunities, by strengthening their digital and entrepreneurial skills, resilience, initiative and active participation in their communities.

Through non-formal education, peer learning, practical training and innovative youth work approaches, CYBER Change creates opportunities for young people to develop the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to navigate today’s social, economic and digital challenges.

The project also strengthens the capacities of youth workers, peer educators and other professionals working with young people, providing them with practical and adaptable methods and tools for use in diverse non-formal learning environments.
